Earl and Edwards, PLLC Welcomes New Attorney, Rian J. Allred, to the Team Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington – Earl and Edwards, PLLC is delighted to announce the newest addition to their legal team, attorney Rian J. Allred.
With an impressive background and a deep commitment to the community, Rian is poised to make a significant impact in his role at Earl & Edwards. Raised in Ephrata, Grant County, Washington, Rian’s journey from his hometown to becoming an attorney is a testament to his dedication and determination. He graduated from Ephrata High School as valedictorian and then pursued his higher education at Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah. In addition to his academic pursuits, Rian also devoted two years to serve a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Quito and Guayaquil, Ecuador. Notably, Rian is fluent in Spanish and has represented many Spanish-speaking clients over the last 17 years. Rian’s academic achievements are remarkable. After completing his undergraduate degree at BYU with honors, he went on to graduate with honors from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa.
He has been a resident of Moses Lake, Grant County, Washington, since December 2006, where he currently lives with his wife and four children. Rian joined Earl & Edwards, PLLC in September 2023, marking a new chapter in his legal career. Prior to joining the team, Rian served as an attorney at Fielding Law Group in Royal City, Washington from August 2019 to September 2023. At Fielding Law Group, his primary focus was representing individuals who had been injured due to the negligence of others in car/truck accidents, semi-truck accidents, and slip and fall/premise liability accidents. Rian’s dedication and legal acumen consistently resulted in fair, reasonable and generous settlements for his clients.
Before his tenure at Fielding Law Group, Rian worked as an associate attorney and partner at Schultheis Tabler Wallace, PLLC in Ephrata, WA, from October 2006 to July 2019. His extensive legal experience encompassed personal injury, real estate transactions and litigation, agricultural business, commercial/business law, guardianships, and immigration law. At Earl & Edwards, PLLC, Rian will continue to bring his significant legal experience to the forefront, focusing on personal injury, real estate transactions and litigation, agricultural law, commercial/business law, and guardianships.
In the near future, he would like to return to practicing immigration law. One of Rian’s defining qualities is his unwavering love for his family, his faith, and the Moses Lake community, and his commitment to making Moses Lake and Grant County a better place for his family and the community’s residents. His deep-rooted ties to the community are evident in his extensive involvement in various capacities.
Beyond his professional life, Rian is a devoted family man and actively participates in community service. He enjoys spending quality time with his wife, four children, extended family, and friends. His involvement in his Church is a testament to his strong faith and commitment to making a difference. Rian also dedicates time to the community by coaching youth soccer teams for the local soccer club, Basin Sounders, fostering and inspiring a desire for excellence, along with leadership and sportsmanship skills in young athletes. He also volunteers his time as a youth and adult leader for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. His personal interests include backpacking, fly-fishing/fishing, camping, kayaking, basketball, soccer, traveling and playing board games.
Rian Allred is an active member of the Washington State Bar Association and the Grant County Bar Association, reflecting his commitment to upholding the highest standards of legal practice.
